Liquor License Renewal
- 1. Letter of approval issued by the Commissioner of Excise
- 2. Clearance certificate issued by Assistant Commissioner General of Excise
- 3. Clearance certificates issued by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue and the Commissioner of Provincial Revenue and its certified copy
- 4. Last year's license(Fees vary as per Excise Gazette notification).

- Request letter from the owner of the land from which the soil was transported (must be recommended by the Grama Niladhari

Getting Vehicle Revenue Permits
- Vehicle Registration Certificate / Copy of attested registration certificate issued by the said agency for vehicles on lease or finance
- Insurance certificate
- Emission test report
- Carbon tax paid receipt
- Fitness Certificate (for Lorries and Buses)
- Passenger Transport Authority permit and its photocopy for passenger transport buses
Recover lost destroyed revenue licenses
- Copy of police complaint
- Certificate of registration
